How do I start a custom invitation order?
Simply contact us via Instagram (@merrevehk) to discuss your vision, timeline, and pricing.
How long does custom design take?
The design-to-production process typically takes about 1 month. We strongly recommend reaching out 3–6 months before your desired delivery date to confirm availability.
Can I make changes to my custom design?
Yes, illustrations allow for 2 minor revisions (one during sketching and one after coloring), and invitation text/map also allows 2 minor revisions. Major changes or posture adjustments are not included.
🛒 Ready-Made Products
How soon are ready-made items shipped?
Ready-made products are dispatched within 5–14 working days after order confirmation, subject to stock availability.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Macau, Taiwan, and Mainland China via SF Express (pay-on-delivery). For other destinations, we use Hong Kong Post — please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
What is your return policy for ready-made items?
Due to the nature of our physical art products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos if there are any issues.
💰 Payment & Refund
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Card (via Shopify Payments), PayMe, and FPS. Payment for custom orders is required in full before design work begins.
Can I cancel or get a refund for my order?
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order is confirmed. For damaged or defective ready-made items, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Are there any hidden fees?
The price shown is the final product price. Shipping is free for Hong Kong orders over HKD 500 (otherwise HKD 30). For Macau/Taiwan/Mainland China, shipping is paid upon delivery. International shipping is quoted separately before ordering.

Can I use, edit, or resell your designs?
No. The copyright remains with Merreve. All artwork and designs are protected by copyright and are for personal wedding use only. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use is not permitted.
Can I share your design with other wedding vendors?
Yes, for your wedding purposes. Please remind vendors that the artwork is copyright-protected and for one-time use only. Commercial use or further sharing is not permitted.
How should I credit you if I share my invitation online?
We’d love to be tagged! Please credit “Design & Illustration: Merreve” and tag @merrevehk on Instagram.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How is shipping calculated?
- Hong Kong: Free for orders over HKD 500, otherwise HKD 30 flat rate via SF Express.
- Macau / Taiwan / Mainland China: SF Express, pay-on-delivery (到付).
- Other countries: Hong Kong Post, quoted before ordering.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If damaged, notify the courier immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photos. For lost shipments, we will assist in tracing with the courier.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
